Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
8+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
Proven expertise in managing multiple projects across a region or market, ensuring high-quality results and efficiency.
Advanced ability to interpret construction drawings, technical documentation, and lead on-site crew/contractor coordination.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask and adapt to complex project demands.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building abilities to foster collaboration and professional growth.
Highly self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering superior outcomes.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 30
Advanced education in construction, project management, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in project management and administrative tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and documentation ensuring alignment with organizational and strategic objectives.
Leverage expertise to create construction guidelines and define comprehensive scopes of work.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety standards while maintaining safe, clean, and orderly work environments.
Direct and coordinate construction resources, including tools, equipment, personnel and materials, to optimize project execution.
Prepare detailed project documentation such as bill of materials, safety compliance records, and progress reports, demonstrating a high level of administrative proficiency.
Conduct site inspections to validate construction quality and compliance with company and client standards.
Track project deliverables and manage change requests with sound decision-making and discretion.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful outcomes.
Lead and support operational teams by managing internal crews and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and meeting timelines efficiently.
Provide leadership through onsite training and coaching, offering constructive feedback to promote team growth and effectiveness.
