About The Position

We are looking for a Construction Manager, Site Development who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and getting things done right the first time. This role isn’t about sitting on the sidelines. It’s about rolling up your sleeves, leading from the field and the plan set, and helping deliver wireless infrastructure that keeps people connected - everywhere. Our construction teams are the heartbeat of our business. As a Construction Manager, you will play a critical role in planning and executing wireless communication projects - ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and with pride. You will partner with internal teams, clients, vendors, and property owners to turn plans into reality and challenges into opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ year of construction or construction management experience in telecommunications
  • OSHA 10-Hour certification (minimum)
  • Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA 30-Hour certification
  • Experience with wireless or wireline infrastructure (towers, small cells, fiber, DAS)
  • Familiarity with permitting processes, construction drawings, and local regulations
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members

Responsibilities

  • Developing detailed project cost estimates (labor, materials, travel, equipment, and tools)
  • Managing day-to-day construction activities, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinating with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and site development teams
  • Supporting senior leaders with execution strategies and process improvements
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and property owners
  • Communicating requirements clearly and proactively
  • Participating in meetings, providing updates, and resolving field issues quickly
  • Conducting field walks, site surveys, bid walks, and punch walks
  • Overseeing on-site construction to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
  • Reviewing site layouts and equipment configurations
  • Reviewing construction drawings and specifications
  • Supporting equipment layout and design in accordance with client and regulatory standards
  • Troubleshooting technical and field challenges to keep projects moving
  • Identifying risks and recommending corrective actions
  • Contributing to best practices and standardized processes
  • Mentoring coordinators or field staff as needed
