Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to support the Nicosia Compound Security Upgrade (CSU) project in Cyprus . This critical U.S. government project includes the demolition of existing infrastructure and construction of a new Controlled Access Compound (CAC). The selected candidate will play a vital role in coordinating, managing, and overseeing construction efforts in alignment with U.S. Department of State (DoS) standards and Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) procedures. The Construction Manager (CM) will serve as the on-site construction expert and liaison between the U.S. government project team, contractors, design professionals, and other stakeholders. This role requires deep knowledge of construction best practices, project management, government compliance, and international safety and building codes. Location: Nicosia, Cyprus Contract Duration: 18 Months (50 hours/week, with up to 10 hours/week approved overtime)
