About The Position

14347 – Construction Manager (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Requirements

  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required)
  • Construction Management experience
  • Experience with analyzing and managing contractor safety plans and site-specific orientations
  • Experience with reviewing and managing technical project documentation, including permits, road use agreements, crossing agreements, SWPPP, and drawings
  • Experience with safety assessments and documentation using Unifier
  • Experience with tracking project progress and approving CSU project tracking spreadsheets
  • Experience with managing 3rd party resources, including environmental teams, safety teams, and land agents
  • Experience with independent data collection and high-accuracy reporting for executive-level review
  • Experience with managing commercial contract disputes through accurate documentation and change order tracking
  • Experience with coordinating outages and crossings in conjunction with contractors.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with contractors to ensure schedule and quality compliance
  • Experience with utilizing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across civil, structural, and electrical disciplines to solve technical problems
  • Experience with material management and expediting delivery schedules
  • Experience with P-6 contractor schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary field-level lead responsible for project success and coordination between the site and Project Management.
  • Conduct independent data collection and ensure all reports and trackers are 100% accurate and submitted by weekly deadlines.
  • Manage contractor safety performance by enforcing safety plans and conducting regular safety assessments in Unifier.
  • Review and interpret complex project documents, including engineering drawings, permits, and quality specifications to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor environmental constraints and SWPPP compliance, serving as the sole point of contact between the environmental team and contractors.
  • Track project progress and Approve the CSU to ensure the tracking spreadsheet remains accurate for management review.
  • Competitively manage additional resources, including land agents and expeditors, to resolve issues regarding land agreements and material deliveries.
