About The Position

Our client, a leading energy infrastructure company, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large-scale power generation construction projects. This senior-level role requires 11-15 years of experience and offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge energy infrastructure projects in Nevada.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Power Generation, or related field
• 11-15 years of power plant commissioning experience
• Experience working with EPC Contractors, engineering firms, and equipment suppliers
• Strong understanding of engineering principles related to power plant commissioning
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction work performed by contractors and vendors
• Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance
• Manage contractor safety plans and ensure SHE compliance
• Oversee large-scale commissioning efforts including project scope and risk management
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams ensuring technical and operational excellence
• Develop and implement commissioning strategies to optimize plant performance
• Conduct project assessments and drive process improvements
• Bridge communication between field operations and project leadership
• Manage budgets, schedules, and performance reporting
