About The Position
Immediate need for an Construction Manager with strong electrical background for new Data Center, with 7+ years in large-scale commercial projects. This role is responsible for overseeing electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of electrical construction experience (large commercial projects)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience managing subcontractors and project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience (10+ years)
Nice To Haves
- Procore experience is a plus
- Certifications such as PMP or CCM (preferred)
- Data center or mission-critical project experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical construction work to ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and submittals
- Conduct site inspections and enforce safety standards
- Provide technical guidance on electrical systems and installation
- Manage subcontractors and support project scheduling and progress tracking
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and inspection records
