We are looking for Construction Managers Purpose: The Construction Manager is responsible for the execution, overall administrative and technical direction for a construction project. Additionally, Construction Manager to be responsible for the implementation and adherence to all Safety or Quality policies and procedures. Lead the development and implementation of craft work packaging. As well as responsible for the comprehensive implementation, coordination, and execution of all subcontracts for the construction of a facility. Level Description: (Entry, Mid, Senior) Level of position will be determined by Director of Construction and will be based on previous position experience, exhibited knowledge, leadership skills, tenure in company, track record of success, among other factors that are deemed appropriate by the Director of Construction. Additional Compensation: Per Diem will be included in pay and determined on a project by project basis. Pay rates: Salary rate will not escalate due to additional hours worked. Pay rate will be determined for a project and will remain at said rate regardless of hours worked. Assignment to Home Office work will have a different pay rate than rate established for field assignments. Work Schedule: Varies by location. Must have open availability any time, any day of the week.
