About The Position

The Construction Manager plays a key role in bringing projects to life, supporting on-site construction teams with energy, expertise, and a focus on safety and quality. You’ll coordinate field operations from start to finish, ensuring every project runs smoothly, on schedule, and meets approved plans and specifications. This role involves coordinating with contractors, managing schedules, reviewing project details, estimating costs, tracking deliverables, and making sure work aligns with both client expectations and Federal funding source requirements. No two days are the same. You may even roll up your sleeves to test construction materials or help the crew verify on-site construction staking. If you thrive on problem-solving, teamwork, and seeing a multitude of projects in a remote Alaskan environment, this role offers the perfect mix of problem solving, leadership, and hands-on engagement.
