About The Position

As a Construction Manager/Owner's Representative for Pearce Renewables, you will oversee and manage construction activities on-site for renewable energy projects. This role involves ensuring that projects are executed according to client requirements, safety standards, and timelines while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and proactively solving problems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in the renewable energy sector (solar, energy storage).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive toward common goals.
  • Experience with site management in utility solar and/or energy storage.
  • Extensive knowledge of the renewable energy industry and current industry best practices.
  • Ability to complete extensive reports and updates on the project.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strategic thinker who recognizes project delays and identifies critical paths to meet project schedules and budgets.
  • Willingness to manage tasks outside normal job scope as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and EPC contractor, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor and report progress, identifying and resolving any issues that could impact project delivery.
  • Review and approve contractor plans, schedules, and quality control measures.
  • Ensure that the EPC contractor adheres to all contractual obligations, including cost control and change management processes.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify the work meets client expectations and industry standards.
