About The Position

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Construction Manager is responsible for providing functional leadership to plan, direct, and coordinate test cell projects from the beginning of work on a quotation until final acceptance of the work scope while working with other relevant departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for the construction of test cell projects (Turnkey and non-Turnkey) and civil works portions of equipment projects
• Plan assigned construction projects and related activities from the beginning of work on a quotation until final acceptance of the work scope, such that construction projects are executed per schedule and achieve company goals and objectives
• Actively participate in a continuous improvement culture providing recommendations and implementing enhancements to current methods and procedures
• Compile and submit regular reports as requested by the scheduled due date
• Other duties as assigned
