As part of this mission, the Construction Manager works alongside the Senior Project Manager to develop the project schedule in critical path steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. Inspect and review projects construction in progress to enforce compliance with plans, specifications, building and safety codes. Manage and maintain all project related documentation including OAC meetings, safety, cost reports, pay applications, allowances, procurement logs, scheduling, submittals, RFI’s and quality control documents on projects. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing all project information pertaining to project budgets and schedule progress. Hold and document client and contractor meetings and communicate and schedule or cost impacts including developing strategies to maintain project schedule. Work directly with design and construction teams and the “Build” Team through the entire project construction process.
