Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of construction management experience, with at least 3 years in transit, rail, or heavy civil infrastructure. Strong understanding of transit systems, including track, stations, utilities, signals, communications, or related disciplines. Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and oversee field construction in active or operational transit environments. Familiarity with public‑sector procurement, FTA guidelines, and safety regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency with project management and construction tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore). OSHA 30 certification preferred. Experience working with transit agencies, transportation authorities, or large public infrastructure owners. Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and maintain strong working relationships. Proven success delivering projects in constrained, high‑traffic, or operational transit corridors.
