About The Position

The Construction Manager Trainee at Lennar is responsible for assisting in the supervision, coordination, and management of residential construction projects. This role focuses on ensuring quality construction, adherence to schedules, and effective communication with various stakeholders, including subcontractors and homeowners. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College Degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Construction experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Effective communication skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products (Word and Excel).
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Valid Auto Insurance Coverage.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in residential construction management.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
• Inspect and enforce job safety requirements.
• Complete punch lists and assist in completion of new home orientation lists.
• Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and assist in completion of model/inventory maintenance.
• Assist in areas of service-related issues.
• Engage in daily interaction with various division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners.
