About The Position
At Havenside Construction Group, we're committed to providing local, personalized residential construction services for individuals and families needing home improvements, home mobility solutions, or home maintenance in Southwestern Pennsylvania. We work with health insurance carriers, primary care providers, occupational therapists, and national mobility equipment vendors to make homes safer, accessible, and comfortable. Havenside Construction Group has completed over 5500 home improvements and mobility solutions since 2019. We have over 400 combined years of expertise and 19 vetted and certified professional team members to serve you. We are expanding our business into residential repairs and maintenance. The Construction Manager's goal is to ensure projects are built according to the prescribed scope of work in the Request For Proposal (RFP) documents. In this role, the Construction Manager oversees, manages, and trains the install team in the field. The Construction Manager will also conduct Quality Control inspections and end-of-job inspections in the field. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively communicate expectations, evaluate workflows, and provide training to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
