About The Position

Tectonic is presently seeking Landscape Professionals to manage and supervise site construction installation work on large projects located in the five boroughs of NYC. These positions offer an excellent opportunity for growth and professional advancement. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential functions of this position require the management and supervision of site construction installation work on large-scale projects. This includes inspection, document control, and field work related to all aspects of construction management for our client. The activities will include site inspections, technical review, quality control, reviewing contractor payments, public relations, general field/office support and scheduling, as well as all other related duties as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience of professional landscape architectural/civil construction experience
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills
Strong computer skills, with proficiency with in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to utilize any project-related software
Reliable transportation required
