About The Position
The Construction Manager Representative (CMR) will oversee the rehabilitation of the El Portal Wastewater Treatment Facility and the Administrative Camp at Yosemite National Park. This project involves significant upgrades to a 45-year-old facility that serves the Yosemite Valley and surrounding communities, treating up to one million gallons of wastewater per day. The CMR will act as the owner's agent, ensuring that the contractor adheres to contract specifications, building codes, and safety standards. Responsibilities include on-site management, cost estimating, project management, and communication with various stakeholders.
