About The Position
Vantage is looking for a Construction Manager to manage and drive success on new and ongoing, small, medium-to-large-sized construction projects for the Ohio market. The position covers all aspects of a construction project. Areas of expertise require autonomy and independent discretion in the following areas: RFP development and overall project budgeting, pre-bid oversight and coordination, managing all design phases and documents, customer engagement for sales and fulfillment of requirements, coordination and supervision of design-build contractors, coordination with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, oversight of physical construction activities, participation in commissioning, and hand-off of physical data center and project documents to operations. This role is based on-site in Ashburn, Virginia.
