About The Position

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager III to support a major capital improvement program at LAX focused on modernizing passenger terminals and enhancing overall airport operations. Salary Range: $170K/Year-$185K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications

Requirements

  • 10+ years of construction management experience (airport experience highly preferred)
  • Experience managing large-scale projects ($100M+)
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and project lifecycle
  • Ability to lead in complex, active environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and PM systems

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or certifications (PMP, PE, LEED, etc.) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day construction activities on active job sites
  • Coordinate with contractors, designers, and stakeholders
  • Monitor project schedule, budget, and overall progress
  • Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
  • Identify risks early and proactively resolve issues
  • Lead coordination meetings and maintain strong communication across teams
  • Review and support resolution of change orders and construction challenges
