About The Position

The position involves directing the Company's construction activities as the senior on-site representative. The individual will maintain relationships with clients and the home office while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations for the construction of a large project or several small projects. Responsibilities include overseeing site safety and security programs, site quality control programs, and the implementation and adherence to the Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) program. The role also requires effective interface management, coordination of resources and staffing, monitoring construction progress, controlling costs, and maintaining profitability for the project.
