About The Position

The position involves coordinating facilities project schedules, resources, equipment, and information. The role requires liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring that the Bank's needs are met as the project evolves.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lb.
  • Understanding and intermediate use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and drawing software.

Responsibilities

  • Review facilities project documents, drawings, specifications, and RFPs.
  • Manage multiple facilities projects.
  • Coordinate with Engineers and Architects.
  • Analyze project change requests and manage the process.
  • Prepare project punch lists and monitor completion by contractors.
  • Initiate on-site project meetings and manage relationships with vendors and contractors across all construction projects.
  • Manage the quality of the facilities projects to ensure successful completion on time and within budget.
  • Work in partnership with the facilities maintenance team to diagnose, resolve, and document facility issues across all regions.
  • Work at other WesBanco locations as needed, which may include overnight travel.
  • Work overtime as needed.
