About The Position

As a Loan Administrator II within the Loan Servicing Team at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and reporting on construction loans, ensuring project viability, and monitoring project closeouts. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including customers, bankers, and design professionals, to mitigate risks associated with construction loans and implement best practices in loan transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, engineering, or building construction.
• Significant experience with AIA documents, complex construction budgets, and contractor payment applications.
• Experience in managing client and stakeholder relationships and troubleshooting issues.
• Experience in giving presentations on project findings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, report, and escalate issues impacting properties during the loan term.
• Review construction documents for project viability and monitor project closeout.
• Implement construction risk policies and procedures for specific Lines of Business.
• Guide lenders and special asset officers on construction risks and best practices.
• Resolve escalated matters regarding construction issues.
• Conduct quality control checks on work performed.
• Prioritize and lead/participate in a constant stream of projects required by the business.
• Participate in the business review process and business resiliency efforts.
