About The Position

Here at the Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health, the Maintenance department is hiring for a Construction/Maintenance Technician that would be responsible for preventative maintenance, repair, or upkeep of buildings and grounds. This position performs general maintenance and repair work as well as some specialized skill work in the building trades.

Requirements

• Level II: Four years of experience in one or more of the building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Level I: Two years of experience in one or more of the building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to pass an OSBI background check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift/carry 80 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, and push/pull a maximum force of 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on buildings and grounds.
• Conduct general maintenance and repair work.
• Execute specialized skill work in the building trades.
