About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Construction Attorneys in our San Francisco office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience, but we welcome all experience levels to apply. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including remote and hybrid opportunities. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, communication, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. This position involves engagement in complex litigation, including construction defense and other civil litigation matters. Trial experience is preferred. Candidates will work with a collaborative team under the direction of skilled leaders and trial attorneys. Candidates must be licensed to practice in California. The yearly salary range is between $100,000-$275,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in construction law or related field.
  • Licensed to practice in California.
  • Excellent litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
  • Strong academic background and proven skills in research.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

  • Trial experience is preferred.
