About The Position
Lead multi-discipline construction activities at the Golden Pass Terminal brownfield facilities. Champion safety programs while overseeing contractor operations, coordinating execution teams, and ensuring quality delivery across all construction phases.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years site construction experience across multiple disciplines
- Valid driver's license
- Valid TWIC card (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA 1910 and OSHA 1926 standards
- Flexibility to work beyond 40 hours weekly as needed
Nice To Haves
- 15+ years comprehensive site construction experience
- Marine environment construction background
- Experience with hot/cold taps and pile installation
Responsibilities
- Champion worker safety programs and enforce SHE procedures across all contractor personnel
- Monitor OSHA 1910/1926 compliance and lead daily safety awareness initiatives
- Supervise Work Management Systems including permitting, JSA reviews, and LOTO protocols
- Oversee multi-discipline site activities: civil, structural, mechanical/piping, electrical, I&C, scaffolding, insulation/painting
- Serve as primary contractor interface for safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance
- Coordinate subcontractor schedules, QA practices, and material management systems
- Assist Maintenance Projects and Turnaround Supervisor with field activity planning and execution
- Review contractor deliverables and ensure specification/procedure compliance
- Monitor workforce productivity and progress against project schedules
- Manage field-level changes including scope adjustments and cost impacts
- Support commissioning and systems completion activities
- Coordinate quality audits and site surveillance
- Provide construction expertise and guidance to project teams
- Advise contractors on upcoming challenges and execution strategies
- Develop Early Career Professionals through mentorship
