Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling.
- Required to have acrylic installation experience.
- Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing required.
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. consistently.
- Ability to interact professionally with Customers.
- For insurance purposes Lead Installers must be able to pass a background and DMV check.

Responsibilities
- Ability to manage a job from start to finish including supervising an Apprentice Installer.
- Must be proficient in using technology such as iPad to document installation progress.
Benefits

- 40-hour work week with plenty of overtime (paid at 1.5x). Typical schedule is Monday- Friday + overtime.
- The hourly pay of $23.00 plus OT and Bonuses, with room to grow up to 35,00 an hour
- Lead Installers also qualify for monthly bonus based on quality of installations.
