About The Position

The Landscape Construction Foreman at Brightview Landscaping is responsible for overseeing and managing landscape construction projects from initiation to completion. The foreman will also monitor safety compliance, conduct site inspections, and maintain project documentation, fostering positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of leadership experience in the landscape or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the project team.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape construction plans and specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage landscape construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and work crew assignments.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, including leads, crew members, and subcontractors.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.
