About The Position

Skillforce is currently hiring reliable and hardworking Construction Laborers for an active job site in Albany, NY. This role will be supporting the replacement of insulation in a rooftop evap and is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. This is role is expected to last 3 days working 32 hours total. Pay is up to $30/hr depending upon experience.

Requirements

• Prior commercial construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to the job site

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled trades with the replacement of insulation
• Perform site clean-up, material handling, and debris removal
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Follow all job site safety procedures and company policies
