About The Position

Lobar Inc. is seeking Construction Laborers to join their team in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient construction site while supporting various construction projects, particularly in the public sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks that contribute to the overall success of construction operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and assisting skilled tradespeople.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety rules
• Must be able to maintain yearly background clearances under Act 151, 34, 114, 24 and 168
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
• Must have a valid driver's license and comply with Lobar, Inc's Fleet Operations Policy.

Nice To Haves

• Authorized to work on federally funded job sites
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Demolition, including walls, floors, and ceilings.
• Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
• Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties including concrete pours.
