About The Position

Regional Concrete, LLC is seeking to hire 4 Construction Laborers for a temporary, full-time seasonal role. The position will last from April 1, 2025, to December 20, 2025, and involves various construction tasks across multiple worksites in Michigan. The role requires physical labor and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old due to state labor laws.
• Must show proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
• Must be drug/alcohol/tobacco free in the work zone.
• Must have at least 3 months of Concrete Construction experience.
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, handling, and moving materials up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Break up concrete or pavement, remove rubble, debris, and other waste materials.
• Dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, backfill, compact and level earth to grade specifications.
• Assist with positioning or dismantling scaffolding and forms for pouring concrete.
• Operate hand and power tools of all types, including hammers, saws, rakes, shovels, air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, and surveying/measuring equipment.

Benefits

• Hourly wage of $22.71, with overtime pay at $34.07 per hour.
• Daily subsistence provided during travel at a rate of $15.88 per day, up to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
• Optional shared furnished housing available at a monthly rate of up to $430, deducted from paycheck.
