About The Position
Signature Paving & Sealcoating is seeking a dedicated and competent Construction Laborer to join our paving and concrete crew in Jamestown, New York. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in asphalt paving and concrete work. This role requires physical strength and endurance, as the job involves manual labor and working with your hands. The ability to collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions and safety protocols is crucial for success in this position. We are committed to providing on-the-job training for the right candidate, ensuring that they are well-equipped to contribute to our projects effectively. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in assisting tradesmen and machine operators throughout various construction projects. Your responsibilities will include unloading and carrying materials at construction sites, as well as cleaning out sites from debris and discarded materials. This position is full-time, with typical working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, and may require you to work on the road. Candidates must be prepared to undergo drug screening as part of the hiring process. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, depending on experience. A valid driver's license is a must for this role, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
