Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational school or trade experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift items up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of construction experience (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning up rubble, debris, and removing waste materials from job sites.
• Loading/unloading trucks and hauling/hoisting materials.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure job site by picking up tools and equipment and securing job sites at the end of each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Assisting Superintendents as needed to ensure all homes under construction or in the warranty phase meet Custom Alternatives high-quality standards and levels of customer satisfaction.
• Working effectively in a team environment.
• Reading instructions and blueprints when needed.
