Candidates with previous experience in heavy civil or road construction are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Ability to work well within a team environment
Willingness to follow supervision, learn new skills, and take direction
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors year‑round in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license preferred
Prior construction experience a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Work safely and effectively as part of a crew on active construction sites
Follow directions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with installation, excavation, material handling, and site preparation
Operate basic hand tools and equipment (training provided as needed)
Support field operations in various weather conditions and throughout all seasons
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to all company, site, and safety policies
