Responsibilities

• Site Preparation and Cleanup : Assisting with the construction of roads, bridges and other infrastructure projects.
• Team Support : Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure efficient workflow and prevent delays.
• Safety & Quality : Uphold safety protocols and quality standards in all operations.
• Physical Labor: Digging, lifting, loading and unloading materials, clearing debris, and assisting with heavy equipment operation.
• Material Handling: Transporting and handling materials, including asphalt, concrete and other construction materials.
• Assisting with various construction tasks, such as paving, grading and other site work.
