As a Construction Laborer at Steed Industries, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial concrete projects. Assistance: Support skilled workers with concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork installation while adhering to project specifications and quality standards.
Site Maintenance: Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
Material Handling: Assist in the transportation and setup of materials and equipment, following all safety protocols to minimize risks.
Physical Labor: Perform various manual labor tasks, including digging, hauling, and lifting materials as needed throughout the project.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety practices and protocols on-site, participating in safety meetings and ensuring that personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times.
Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow.
Training: Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in concrete construction and best practices.

Previous experience in construction or labor roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
Strong commitment to safety practices and the ability to follow instructions and guidelines carefully.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
