Experience in our specific trade is not required—we will provide comprehensive training for candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Candidates with previous experience in heavy civil or road construction are strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Willingness to follow supervision, learn new skills, and take direction
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors year‑round in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Nice To Haves
- Prior construction experience a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Work safely and effectively as part of a crew on active construction sites
- Follow directions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with installation, excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment (training provided as needed)
- Support field operations in various weather conditions and throughout all seasons
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all company, site, and safety policies
