About The Position
BDI Marine Contractors, LLC is a Florida-based marine and civil construction company specializing in infrastructure projects including seawalls, docks, drainage, bridges, sidewalks, and roadway improvements. We take pride in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship across every job site. We are currently hiring Construction Laborers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position working outdoors in all weather conditions, assisting with a variety of tasks related to marine and civil construction projects. Reliable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the company are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required — we will train motivated workers.
- Must be reliable and able to work outdoors in various conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to travel to projects throughout Florida as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with construction activities such as concrete work, demolition, material handling, and site cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Support equipment operators and foremen on active job sites.
- Load and unload materials, set up job sites, and maintain a clean work area.
- Follow safety rules, company policies, and supervisor instructions at all times.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
