Requirements
- Comfortable standing, lifting, kneeling, and operating on narrow surfaces.
- Previous experience in concrete work, construction labor, or precast manufacturing is a plus.
- 2-3 years of construction experience preferred.
- Have a team-centered attitude.
- Basic hand and power tool knowledge a plus.
- Tape measure and blueprint reading experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate wood parts for molds to create high end precast concrete wall panels.
- Daily Set-up of forms
- Utilizes rough and finish carpentry skills alike, perfect for people coming from many skilled trades such as Finish Carpenters, Framers, Roofers, Siders, Cabinet Makers, and even Machinist operators
- Housekeeping
- Utilizes Hand Tools, Air Tools and Power tools
- Saw Stop Industrial Table Saw operation
- Constant use of tape measures and other measuring tools
- Blueprint reading/interpretation
- Being a high energy team player
- Utilizes Epoxies and other coatings
