Construction laborers range from semi-skilled to skilled workers whose duties include, but are not limited to, handling the materials for irrigation, planting, and construction. Construction laborers may also work with irrigation materials and small engine machinery. Construction laborers assist in clearing and grubbing, hand grading, digging plant holes, trenching and cleaning trenches, gluing pipe, running wires, backfilling and covering pipe, spreading decomposed granite, keeping sites clear and clean, and performing a variety of other functions when requested.
