About The Position

As a Construction Laborer with Servpro, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED
Previous construction management experience
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
Effective written and oral communication

Nice To Haves

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Responsibilities

Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Verify trueness of structure, using plumb bob, level or laser level.
Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saw.
Assemble and fasten materials to make framework or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, windows, floors, and other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, carpenter’s hand tools, and power tools.
Measure, cut and install trim, baseboard and casing with accuracy.
Must be able to apply different applications properly.
Fill cracks and other defects in plaster or plasterboard and sand patch, using patching plaster, trowel, and sanding tool.
