We are seeking a reliable Construction Laborer to support our field crews with day-to-day construction activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can work safely and effectively on active job sites.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Nice To Haves
- Prior construction experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with general construction tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor
