About The Position

The Construction Laborer position involves assisting in the mobilization and operation of drilling equipment, supporting construction teams in daily field operations, and performing maintenance tasks. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions while handling heavy equipment and materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Class A or CDL with a clean DMV record.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is required.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials, often in excess of 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a mud rotary drill rig is a plus.
• Experience with water well & cathodic protection wells is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the mobilization of drilling equipment for jobs as directed.
• Load drill pipe, mud, and well components.
• Operate heavy equipment to support cathodic protection system installation.
• Drive equipment to and from job locations.
• Complete field assignments as directed.
• Assist in the operations of rig by handling drill pipe, mixing drill mud, and handling casing and other equipment.
• Assist in the cleaning of equipment after each job and clean the equipment yard as needed.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area as directed.
