About The Position
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Construction Laborer Lead Trainer to join a dynamic team impacting the entire organization! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the coordination, instruction, classroom, and field management of the Mortenson Registered Apprenticeship Program. This role serves as a subject matter expert for the delivery of the Construction Labor curriculum and primary contact for their representative Operating Group leadership teams for the Apprenticeship Program.
