Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation to travel to and between work sites as required by the position
  • Labor Foreman: 10–15 years of construction experience, proven ability to manage and lead a labor crew, strong leadership and coordination skills on active job sites
  • Journeyman Laborer: Minimum 5 years of experience on construction sites, skilled in material handling and debris/rubbish removal, able to perform site dewatering, sweeping, and general labor tasks, reliable and adaptable to various site needs
  • General Laborer: No experience necessary, strong work ethic and eagerness to learn, interest in growing into a journeyman laborer role, not intended for candidates seeking apprentice carpenter roles
  • Cleaning Laborer: Typically assigned late in the construction project, responsible for finish/final cleaning, tasks include vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning glass, etc., attention to detail and pride in delivering a clean, finished space

Responsibilities

  • Receiving material deliveries, organizing materials, and material inventory
  • Building scaffolding and temporary structures
  • Staging jobsites
  • Assisting carpenters
  • Job site clean-up
