The company has grown into three divisions, including decks and modular buildings, and continues to expand. What You'll Do as a Construction Laborer / Driver: Drive a pickup truck and trailer to transport the crew and materials to job sites (typically within 2 hours of Myerstown). Work alongside the team to build and install custom porches, decks, and outdoor structures. Complete a variety of hands-on construction tasks, including roofing, decking, trim work, flooring, and interior finishes. Arrive ready to work at prepared job sites with materials in place. Travel to job sites as needed throughout the region. Our Ideal Construction Laborer / Driver: Experienced: At least 1 year of construction, carpentry, framing, or roofing experience; valid driver's license required. Dependable: Shows up on time, ready to work, and follows through on responsibilities. Team Player: Works well with others and contributes to a strong crew environment. Adaptable: Open to changes on the job site and willing to adjust as needed. Active: Able to bend, kneel, work from ladders or scaffolding, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 75 lbs. independently. Must have basic hand tools and a tool belt, including a hammer, measuring tape, etc.

Requirements

At least 1 year of construction, carpentry, framing, or roofing experience
Valid driver's license required
Shows up on time, ready to work, and follows through on responsibilities.
Works well with others and contributes to a strong crew environment.
Open to changes on the job site and willing to adjust as needed.
Able to bend, kneel, work from ladders or scaffolding, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 75 lbs. independently.
Must have basic hand tools and a tool belt, including a hammer, measuring tape, etc.

Responsibilities
