About The Position

Renewable Energy Partners, Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer Apprentice to join our team for a projectlocated in Pauma Valley, California. This position is ideal for individuals currently enrolled in a California State-registered Laborer Apprenticeship Program who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction and renewable energy industry.

Requirements

• Must be a current California Registered Laborer Apprentice
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Reliable transportation to job site in Pauma Valley, CA
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
• Commitment to workplace safety

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction or labor experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience working on solar or renewable energy projects is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction labor duties on active job sites
• Support skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Follow all job site safety protocols and company procedures
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by site supervisors
