Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Willingness to follow procedures and contribute to team success

Nice To Haves

1 year of experience in a similar lab or materials testing role
ACI or WAQTC certifications
Coursework or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or geology

Responsibilities

Receive and test construction materials such as soils, aggregates, and concrete
Perform laboratory testing including: Moisture Content Sieve Analysis Atterberg Limits Proctor Compaction Consolidation Direct Shear Compressive Strength
Record accurate data and report findings to the Laboratory Manager
Maintain lab equipment and workspace according to safety and quality standards
