About The Position
Nevell Group, Inc. (NGi) is a leader in interior and exterior wall systems, specializing in metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, fireproofing, and prefabrication . We pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and craftsmanship across all areas of commercial construction. Our 2026 Summer Internship Program is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and insight into project management and construction processes from industry professionals. This comprehensive 10-week program offers exposure to every phase of a project — from inception to closeout . Interns will gain practical experience with project documentation, budget tracking, change management, and field coordination in both office and job site settings .
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Construction Management or Civil Engineering .
- Strong interest in project management and field operations.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with PlanGrid or Plexxis (preferred, not required).
Responsibilities
- Create and organize submittals and closeout documentation.
- Track and post RFIs using PlanGrid.
- Prepare and manage Change Order Requests .
- Support project teams with time tracking for active job sites (LATTC, The Lot, etc.).
