Requirements

• Current students or recent grads studying: • Construction Management • Engineering • Architecture • Facilities Management • Or a related technical/trade program
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Willingness to learn in an active jobsite environment
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Basic understanding of construction principles (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Daily project coordination
• Planning, scheduling & documentation
• Site visits, inspections & progress tracking
• Review of drawings, specs & design documents
• Vendor communication & material tracking
• Weekly project reports for leadership
• Organizing project files, permits & compliance documents
• Team meetings & contractor interactions
