Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of construction materials and methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project management tasks, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress.
• Help prepare construction documents, including plans and cost estimates.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment.
• Attend meetings with clients, architects, and engineers to discuss project requirements.
• Assist in project closeout tasks, such as preparing final reports and as -built drawings.
