This position is expected to begin in May 2026. Leeding Builders Group (LBG) is a New York-based construction manager specializing in open shop commercial, residential and hospitality projects. Requirements

  • Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management, Real Estate or similar discipline and must have completed at least 1 year of study.
  • Candidates who have recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree and plan to continue with the master’s degree are eligible to apply for these positions.
  • Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor’s degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working for a large general contractor.
  • Previous relevant internship experience.
  • Exposure to other construction-based computer programs
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and Outlook), as well as exposure to other construction-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out tasks.
  • Performs entry-level work.
  • Follows instructions to accomplish tasks assigned by senior staff.
  • Meets required schedules while producing quality work.
